How should a healthcare organization, such as a hospital, work to ensure that standards are set (what are they) and how they can be complied with (how would you).

Hospital is consider to be place where various services such as treatment are provided. It is place where sick and injured people are given medical services or surgical care. The hospital should maintain there standard and services that they are providing. There are two types of hospital such as government hospital which is owned by government and free medical services are provided to their patient and the second is private hospital which is solely owned by private body, They also provide medical treatment but they charge heavy amount from their patient.

The characterstics of good hospital-

1- Give patient first priority- The hospital should give first priority to their patient and provide good service to them as soon as possible.

2- Proper care and treatment should be provided to their patient. provide comfort and best health care facility to them.

3- Trust Spok for Communication should be there from hospital side.

The hospital standard are set beforehand. The hospital should take resposbility to maintain the standard and provide best treatment to their patient. The hospital should work on various part to mainitain there standard such as-

1- Better service should be provided to the patient.

2- cleanliness should be the main objective of the hospital.

3- Proper equipments and machine should be there in the hospital.

4- The hospital staff should committed to checking on and estimating all that they do on a normal premise and utilizing process enhancements, lean strategies and new innovations to improve there services.
