Describe the traditions and ideas of the wisdom traditions that contributed to mindfulness tradition

Tradition is something what is being followed since years. Those are the activities which are primarily associated with culture and which carried from one generation to another. For eg: there is traditional way of celebrating X-MAS or any other festivals. Whereas wisdom tradition is idea or science behind celebratig or doing the traditional activities, they are mystic core to the inner traditions.

I always beleive in wisdom traditions over to traditional activities or traditional celebrations. One should know why the things are being celebrated and then should celebrate or bring alterations in celebrations accordingly. For eg: wisdom tradition much contributes of doing family activities, coming together, forgetting fights, respecting each other, and then celebrating the festivals. There are some festivals which require cleaning activity for eg: many such festivals in India, before the arrival of god i.e. festival entire house in cleaned. This also supports of cleainliness sanitzation of home.
