The Globe is changing fast and the way the people would use and seek transport would base on the cheapest and most comfortable way of traveling. The use of nonpolluting electric cars would rise. Hence the Uber has to see a change in the plans in its 5 years the long term plan ahead. The issues of ride-sharing or the use of the most fuel or nonpolluting vehicles would be the key.

The Uber probation or such ban of the use of sharing vehicles has to be dealt with the market to market basic and the laws of Germany won’t be the same as in the US. The taxi drivers once protested to get the economy in a haul with the roadblocks. Germany did not take US bans causing problems at home to ban it. Hence, to avoid such legalities the brand should go for sharing rides for the long term. Further driver’s license and the liability of laws of the nation have to be dealt with properly to ensure such probation ion the brand is not received again. The probation of the brand would not be justified for more than a year of so till the brand makes the needful additions and legal assurance of making the business and operations as per the municipal needs would be enough. The one year ban is an effective way to make the business adhere to the local laws and is a good way to ensure it. However, the longer ban is not a good thing and would not give the municipality a good face for any investor.
