Some advantages that the company could enjoy knowing the appropriate customers for them are:

1. Cost Effective: The first major benefit which would be enjoyed by the organisation would be the cost effective advantages. You are now not targeting the whole market to be your customer, but only some few people which you know are your appropriate people. Thus, this would save not only your time but also your research, targeting and positioning costs for getting the customer.

2. Customer Relationship: The next benefit is the customer relationship that can be effectively established. Knowing who are your best customers are you can essentially create a one on one relationship with them, provide them the things they want, create good demand and supply for goods and service and thus make your customers happy.

3. Goodwill: At last, by providing your appropriate known customers the best services and goods, that would make them happy and they would talk more about your company in a positive manner which would thus help to establish goodwill in the market for your organisation. Goodwill established would help in more growth and sustainability for your business.
