Microsoft is one of the biggest technological company all across the globe and it has got itself into the prestigious club of 1trillion dollar market capitalisation.

Cash flows of this company has been an increasing trend past few years after the great depression because the company has a niche segment in which it has been able to maintain the the desired customers and it has also been able to maintain its customer base so it has slowly grown into a larger company through acquiring many smaller players and that can be reflected through the increase in the cash flows of the company.

Cash flows of the company is basically related to the software business is into. Company has been able to grow the market share through acquisition of players like Nokia in the mobile phone segment and it has also been able to grow its online business as well so it is trying to diversify its business and it is trying to strengthen its existing customer base and it is able to retain the market share and grow the market share with the continued pace and it has acquired a larger amount of market share and it can be visible through the cash flows which have been on an increasing Trend.

The company is heavily dependent upon the software segment which is catering a large portion of the overall cash flows and it need to diversify its business in the coming year in order to sustain because it is already a mature company.
