Clinical Manifestations to be expected in a case of
Systemic Lupus Erythematous:

- Arthritis of proximal interphalangeal and meta carpophalangeal

- Assess and monitor skin for rashes: malar rash over the cheeks
and nose bridge is a common symptom of SLE. Thereofore the skin
should be closesly monitored for any developments
- Assess and manage pain: There stels to be take to manage
pain:
- Give analgesics
- Make a comfortable position to rest and avoid contractures
- Apply warm or cold compresses to the joints
3. Administer proper medications:
- Antimalarials(chlorquin)
- Corticosteroids
- NSAIDs
- Immunosuppressants (cyclophosphamide)
- Opioids
