Systemic Lupus Erythematous:

- Give analgesics
 
- Make a comfortable position to rest and avoid contractures
 
- Apply warm or cold compresses to the joints

- Antimalarials(chlorquin)
 
- Corticosteroids
 
- NSAIDs
 
- Immunosuppressants (cyclophosphamide)
 
- Opioids
