1. Select right person for the job:

Finding the right project manager, one who has enough experience and training to succesfully manage the project work.

2. Reduce work in progress:

Many people think that if they are already doing something for one project , its is to do it for a few at a time.so let your project manager and team members focus on a small number of tasks and projects at one time. So we can provide better quality work and prevent delays that could effect the entire organisation.

3. Clearly define project scope:

Scope, schedule, budheb are very important in order to keep the project work on track. Clearly defined scope helps keep the team members on track and aim for the same schedule and end goal.

4. Schedule regular meetings and actually hold them:

Communication is critical to project success and maintaining the flow of a project.every day / weekly/ monthly regular meetings can help the team members can help catch the issue before they become large issue. Many effective project teams hold short daily meetings.
