As an HRD (Human Resource Development) for a non-profit organization, here we need to design a training program that helps to improve communication skills between the employees.
1. It is useful for an organization to improve productivity and operate the organization more effectively, to meet an organization's morality and commitment. The communication skills between employees are essential to delivering and understanding the information more quickly and accurately.
2. To design the training program we need to consider the present condition of communication skill between employees and what type of problems arises by the poor communication skills. After these considerations consider the communication level of employees at an individual level who are good, average and poor, Barriers if communication, the goal of organization, etc.
3. Outlines to start the training program first teach employees importance about good communication skills, learn about the communication barriers that may be a rise of problems, types of communication speaking, reading, writing, listening, chat with them privately, listen to what they have to say.
