Describe the usage of Computer Based Training (CBT) in McDonald's Company training programs.

ii. Discuss on the blending of Computer Based Training (CBT) with other training methods
iii. Explain the types of Computer Based Training (CBT) such as Program Instruction, Intelligent Tutoring Systems, Interactive Multimedia and Virtual Reality and give some examples.
A i. Richard and Maurice McDonald started McDonald’s first restaurant in May 15, 1940 in Caliphornia. Nearly 13000 franchises located in United States. Over 6000 company owned and around 17000 franchises operating outside United States.
Ii.Blending of Computer Based Training with other training method would increase effectiveness of understanding and improving customer solutions with low cost practices. If Virtual reality and augmented reality is adopted in apprenticeship, an on the job training method, then much improved results would pay off future returns. How? Augmented reality (AR) is an interactive experience of real world experience. AR would provide patient monitoring of consumer data, which helps to create new products. Here the role of instructor is getting drowned. Along AR, artificial intelligence would also blur the boundaries.
iii.Example: McDonald adopted the just in time inventory practices end of 20th c. If it uses intelligent tutoring systems, it can streamline data about customers and make appropriate presentations before trainees. And a simulated model can be used in Programme Instruction thus much effectiveness to inventory model.
