A i. Richard and Maurice McDonald started McDonald’s first restaurant in May 15, 1940 in Caliphornia. Nearly 13000 franchises located in United States. Over 6000 company owned and around 17000 franchises operating outside United States.

Ii.Blending of Computer Based Training with other training method would increase effectiveness of understanding and improving customer solutions with low cost practices. If Virtual reality and augmented reality is adopted in apprenticeship, an on the job training method, then much improved results would pay off future returns. How?
