Goal of human development reseachers is to understand, describe and predict the human behaviour.

Science of human development is based on Scientific research method and Observational research method. Scientific method can a more or less full proof method. Eg. 1) Selecting an area of research - early child development. 2)Taking up a hypothesis - Such as pre school girls are more faster in understanding language than pre school boys. 3) Testing that hypothesis by language games or lessons 4) Concluding about the hypothesis.

Characterstics of slow to warm up baby:There are many children who are shy in nature, they come closer only to trusted people, they like to be cuddled intially, they are uneasy in new situation or unfamiliar people. They prefer to watch other kids around and then like to jump into the situation

Co sleeping is sharing a bed or a room with your child. A majority of pediatraicians say not to co sleep with the child because it inccreases SIDS (Sudden ifant death syndrome) though can avoided by sharing the same room. this can also allow mothers to take a full rest
