With some specific ways the the planning should be made. It is the main issue that the awareness program regarding HIV may have adverse effect. Therefore some steps should be taken so that people take it with good way:

• At first the health workers must be very familiar to the community members.
• The community leaders should be made contact and they should be made aware of the program.
• Then some women from the community should be selected and they should be employed as facilitators of the program. The women should be trained by giving them some expenses.  
• Then some posters and leaflets should be prepared keeping view the culture of the community.
• Some songs and slogans should be prepared with the help from the community artists and these songs can be spread as awareness through them.
• Then the health workers should do home-visit with the help of the community women facilitators and try to make people understand about the danger of HIV.
