SUBJECT: Termination Letter for misconduct.
Dear Mr. John,
Our company is extremely sorry to inform you that you are being fired from ABC & Company. Your behavior is not acceptable to the company, and it’s affecting our clients and colleagues. You have also been the reason for us to incur losses to have to make amends for your unacceptable behavior.
Earlier, we had sent you warning letters but which did not have any result in improving your character towards the company’s clients. Your unlawful acts have incurred losses for the last quarter, which you are responsible for. Thus, we give you a certificate of misconduct to stop this from happening in the future. Your dues will be settled within a month, and we ask you to leave the company on 15th April 2020.
