In you own opinion, define the difference between ethical right and obligations in financial market
There is a clear difference between ethical right and obligation of various market participants in financial markets.
Ethical right are those rights which are are meant for protection of various intermediaries and other market participants and which will be focusing upon following up on a ethical set of principle which will be helpful in order to determine functions of various financial intermediaries whereas obligations are all such important activities which are to be followed by financial participants otherwise they are liable for a penalty.
Ethical rights are to be protected by financial intermediaries where the ethical obligations are necessarily to be performed by financial intermediaries.
Ethical rights are flexible in nature whereas obligations are not flexible in nature and they can never be modified.
Violation of ethical right would not be leading to legal aspects whereas violation of obligation can lead to serious legal consequences.
