Quality control (QC) is a technique or set of protocols intended to assure that an artificial product or performed service holds to a defined set of quality standards or meets the statutes of the client or customer. QC is similar to, but not similar with, quality confirmation.

Role: -Quality control determines whether it belongs to the testing device and final product specifications. The purpose of the test is to determine whether corrective action is required in the manufacturing process. Good quality control helps companies meet customer requirements for better products. Quality control inspectors protect consumers from damaging products and business reputations due to poor production processes.

Techniques -Quality control techniques,

There are many ways to measure quality control performance. A quality control chart is a graph that indicates whether a product or process obtained from a sample meets its intended specifications.

When each graph analyzes a specific product property, it is called a univariate graph. When a graph measures deviations of various product attributes, it is called a multivariate graph.

Randomly selected products are tested for a given attribute or attribute tracking graph. By analyzing the variance model represented by the quality control graph, you can determine whether the defects are random or systematic. When a problem occurs, the inspector notifies the supervisor and works together to resolve the problem. Yes, these methods are effective because it involves testing of the product, and if any issue occurs than work with them to correct the problems.

The main benefits of quality control are:

1. Brand products build goodwill or image to increase sales.

2. Help manufacturers determine employee responsibilities in the production process.

3. Quality control helps to underestimate cost through efficiency, standardization, working conditions, etc. grow

4. Also, entrepreneurs can know the cost of their products in advance, which helps to determine the competitive price of the product.
