I believe that a positive mindset always leads to positive results . It attracts the positivity in your life and results in positive outcomes . Positive and an optimistic mindset creates a balance between your body and mind . They become synchronized and you become the master of your body ,where as a negative mind set induces stress inside your body and you end up having negative results A positive mind is always a healthy mind .It unlocks the ultimate human potential to do the impossible . It starts a chain reaction in your body and your body responds the.way you want it to respond . IHave experienced it throughout my life whenever I start my day with a positive and affirmative mind it ends up really good . I have achieved many things by practicing a positive mindset in my life .It provides you hoep . Hope to continue , hope to survive . And believe me in the most difficult situation of your life, hope is the only thing you need which only comes from a positive mind .Home is something which can make you bounce back from failure .

Let us take some real life examples for my life to understand the powerful nature of a positive mind. Being from a sports background I have seen so many failures .Sometimes I wanted to quit my athletics . My positive mind always kept me pushing .Positive mind is the result of constant hard work which generates a belief in you that you can overcome any failure in your life .It makes you resilient and a warrior .For example I was struggling to get in the state team of athletics. I kept on working hard but it was not enough from my perspective .But then my coach told me that you're thinking too negative about yourself and about your surroundings . Thenn a drastic change came into my life. I started doing positive affirmation every morning .This changed my whole mindset . My performance peaked and i made it to the state university team .After that there was no looking back .It was living my dream at that time .But with happiness comes sadness and failures . They both make your life worth living .After a successful state career I suffered a terrible knee ligament injury .I was at my peak at that time but after the injury I was not able to walk. I was on my bed for 8 months. But my positive mindset kept the hope inside me and decided to give it one more shot . So joined a rehab programme . Surprisingly I recovered in 5 months and I was even better on the field .You will not believe but I made it to the national team the same year . This was my childhood dream . But again a tragedy stuck . I lost my motivation , my most precious thing in my life, my mother to cancer . My life was constructed around her. I was completely devastated and almost fell into depression . But my positive mind helped again this time and the light of hope came back .This time wanted to make my mother proud . I again started working hard . It again resulted in something miraculous . I got admission to the rank one university in the country . I became the team captain in the university. So at present I am still going on with a positive mindset and I have this belief that i can overcome any obstacle in my life no matter what it is .

After reading about Middle Adulthood I truly believe that midlife crisis can exist in middle aged adults. Midlife crisis may begin to occur when major changes happen during this period of time. What I mean by this is major physical changes in both men and women that show their aging more and more. Or a divorce happens where our textbook uses the example of, “A 40-year old man who divorces his wife, trades in his Ford Taurus station wagon for...
