Solutions

Expert Solution

b.The concept of intersectionality is used in Feminist theories. It is commonly used to describe the oppressive istitutions such as racism ,classism etc are related with eachother and cannot be viewed separtely from one another.

the methods defining intersectionality scholarship are anticategorical complexity which is based on a methodology that deconstructs anlytical categories, intracategorical complexity takes marginalized intersectional identities as an analytic starting point, intercategorical complexity compels scholars to provisionally adopt existing analytical categorie to document relationships of inequality among social groups.

d Women centred approach to primary care is based on meeting the health problems of women and deliver an appropriate plan to meet the goals.A woman centred approach help us to understand that both women and men are affected differently by the health care policies Fo example in Canada the major manifestation of gender difference is social inequality where women earn lesser than men eventhough both of them are holding the same positions.Since most of them are single mothers this leads to poverty and diseases. This where women centred approach plays a significant role .The principles are the need for respect andsafety,Women empowerment,Involvement and participation, concerns for Social justice,Gender sensitive training,Gendered research and evaluation,Gender-inclusive approach to data,Decision making process, need for information, forms of communication and interaction, patterns or preferences in obtaining care.

e.Women always multitask themselves, juggling between home and work. This give them sparingly low time to take care of themselves .Poverty and lack of understanding of the health care limit womens acess to health care. Womens empowerment works in Collaboration with women and search their preference in obtaining health care, provide financially available preventive and complementary services, changing the organization of care to allow for more flexible and comprehensive services and finally provide one- stop services which prevents the women wandering from one person to another repeating their story.
