The women are half the population so it is pertinent for the segment to get the job for the enhancement of the national economy. Previously the women at the workplace were rare which was due to the dominance of men in the workforce. However, with the rise of technology and the rise of women’s education the women are a part of the workforce. Previously in 1970, the women were one for every 3 men at the workplace which has made the women participate in the workforce more. Today Australia employs 61% plus women at the workplace while Canada is in nearly 62% and the European Union it was half of the total workforce. So the importance of women’s working increases as on 2018. The national economy gets in more workforces for the economy and can thus grow faster:

· When the women work as a part of the workforce the national per-capita incomes rise too making the economy prosperous.

· The equality of pay and the gender pay gaps for the economy quickly reduces making the women have the rights and liberty as per the constitution

· The structural barriers and the structural restrictions get reduced with the women at the workplace and the equality for all as enshrined in the constitution is well achieved.
