Costco wholesale corporation established in Washington is the largest warehouse partnership company that runs in many countries mainly operating from from Washington.

1)the country establishes a strong culture where it values all its customers and workers.a healthy atmosphere is developed among the employees where they are given incentives and several emoluments in order to help the company's growth.the company always aimed to render goods and services at affordable prices to all its customers so that everyone can enjoy its services there by creating a culture that includes one and all.The company strives to encourage everyone who is interested in membership to be its member where its members enjoy some discounts on the goods purchased .more number of Workers in the company have access to health insurance compared to other companies that explains the company's concern over its employees.the management helps employees in any doubt .It's a nice organisation that gives everyone an opportunity to share their ideas and opinions.the organisation is now in a process to develop its future leaders for future generations.

2)the company declared that employees are the most valuable assets of the company and treats them like family.the organisation assures the employees that there is teamwork everywhere to develop the company.friendly relationship between the management and employees is established in order soften the work pressure on employees.they make sure private life of employees is not at stake .Promotions on time based seniority is encouraged . Timely payments to employees are the company's motive.the organisation strives to build good relations among the employees and friendly environment between the management and employees.

3)the company's branded products like wooden works, furniture etc used to be derived from natural forests ,but owing to environmental concerns made the company get the required timber well managed and certified forests .Excessive usage of technology has several environmental concerns hence several law suits filed against the company ,even now the company is facing a law suit regarding shrimps.excessive traffic is also an environmental concerns here and lots of protesters wanting to divert their routes .The company had to reduce its chemical usage reduction in manufacturing its products over concerns.the company cannot establish its branches near agricultural lands.

4)the company in its policy mandated several rules and regulations in order to be socially responsible company.some if the policies include giving importance to native people,taking permission of government authorities prior to initiate any programme, striving for pollution free environment,honouring human rights,promoting soil health,reducing chemicals in its products to help farmers , several extinct species like bees , butterflies,dragonflies lives are not put at danger.the organisation doesn't intervene in harmful practices that have negative impact on agriculture .
