Yes, Christian should live or work in more ethical manner because-

Living in a ethical and moral way gives or show us a paty towards humanity. It makes a life wonderful and provokes others too to live in peace and dignity.

- In christianity living in higher ethical manner leads to get noticed in different community people and encourage them to help each other and in disciplined life. It will pass a message of friendship and love.

In christianity christian moral code ( bible) has shown that-

Love your god with whatever you have with you.

- Love your neighbor too the way you love yourself and your own relatives and family.

This way we can make this world a happy place to all.

This way the higher ethical way of living impact organization in following ways-

1) This will bring discipline inside the office and workplace premises and leads to better result .

And brings equality in an organization

2) This encourage other colleagues to better perform and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the work in an organization and it reduces the conflicts and make good bonds with other.

3) This ethical way let others to think in a more polite and effective way to solve the problems and reduces the question of right and wrong

4) This will help to boost up the critical thinking process and help organization employees to think better .

In an organization if we see someone in some issue while working if as a person we will try to help him sought out his problem this will leads to the create a bond which will be so strong .

I will chose bible as a scripture to support it because in bible since the time of Adam and eve it has been said we all are a son and daughter if jesus and we should stay happy and help each other and motivates the poor and weak people and live in a peaceful world.

Our deeds and action leads to the society behaviours towards each other so we should not get violent, we should respect each other and help needy always.
