Some of the documents that are mandatory needed in a typical quality management system:

  • Record related to the product/service requirement review.
  • design and development output record
  • design and development control record
  • design and development input record
  • Record of the nonconforming output.
  • Internal audit program
  • result of corrective action.

To get the good quality management system, Company have to submit some documents and reports include the company's internal assessment, process, standards and procedure. so, these are the some document. which needed for the quality management system.
