Six sigma is this site or series of the tools and techniques that get used in the organization to improve the quality of the work and the removal of defects and things that can cause interference in the smooth functioning of the organization workings. The usage of six sigma is mainly get used in the manufacturing unit so that they can easily remove the defects and force from the activities and encourage and promote the smooth functioning and working of the manufacturing unit. DMAIC is a data-driven Patni ko tool that gets used along with some technical / tools in these steps, such as:- the first steps come with the determination of the problem as it is imperative to identify the problems that we can solve the problem by using for the tools and techniques. The next step is to measure that problem to quickly get the idea of how we can solve the problem in a much easier way after measuring it. The third step is an analysis of the problem because we get the more accessible opportunities to get to a particular decision while solving that problem with the help of analyzation. Solving the problem / improving the problem is the fourth step, which is essential as when there is an improvement in the problem, it is the sign of development. The last episode to sustain the improvement and control the defects so that the problem does not continue. Some of the factors underlying the development and implementation of six sigma of today's organization might include the zero defect management, addressing of root cause, and many more.
