There are many casual factors that cause discrimination in an organization:

  • Racism is one of the main factors that cause conflict in an organization. It is so dangerous that ir causes other problems. Black employees are deprived if there is dominance of white people in the management.
  • Gender discrimination is a common factor and the organizations face many complaints about it. In most of the cases it appears that women workers are paid less salary.
  • Religious discrimination is also a cause of conflict in the organization. The Islam employer may not employ the Christian candidates or may provide less benefits to the employees belonging to other religion.
  • Backdoor policy is a major factor of conflict in an organization. It appears that many types of manipulation are done there. The unskilled new employees may get more benefit than the eligible employees.
  • Organization policy is also a major cause of conflict. It appears that organizations do not take always the right decision. There may be policy that goes against the employees. So, there is conflict between the organization and the workers. As for example, organization may reduce the health insurance policy of the employees.
