Breakdown how Crave interactive can benfits hotel and boost guest experience.
Crave Interactive is a world-leading video service platform that is specialized in cloud-based digital guest experience service for Hotels. Crave video service platform gives guests the convenience to connect with anyone from the staff using a secure encrypted connection and that too from any location in the hotel like- in-lobby, in-room via tablet, and any other place via the guest's own smartphone. It means that members of the staff can be located anywhere in the centralized service center, making everything cost-effective and efficient while providing better guest access to the staff. Crave video platform can be seen in 3 to 4-star hotels, giving guests the experience of living in a 5-star hotel and thus, in turn, helps to generate more revenue. It may be used for general guest service and reservation groups, increasing the effectiveness of every guest interaction. Convincing of contacting staff from any place in the hotel by using their app or the dedicated tablet brings peace of mind to the guests and in turn helps the hotel to be more successful.
One thing that pleases guests that you do not need to download any app to use the service. Generally, guests do not want to download any third-party app on their devices for their own privacy and other reasons. So it is a great merit for Crave that it used a web browser to provide its services so the user does not need to download any app and if the hotel wants then they can integrate the Crave service in their own app, so everything would be available to the user at one place. Crave promised app-less experience from the beginning and because all of the mobile phone manufacturers are providing the functionality to scan QR codes by default on the phones. This means that the user can just point the camera on a QR code and start using the service without any hassle to first download an app. Alongside this crave also supports digital payment solutions like Apple pay and Google pay which brings a whole lot of convenience to the user because now they don't need to bring cash every time they wanna pay in the bar or in the casino, etc. Crave uses WebRTC technology as the base for proving services like chat, video and voice communication, etc and it is also multilingual.
Now everything about Crave Video Service Platform sounds great but what matters is how stable that service is, are there any bugs in the system or how much downtime does the user has to face, and up until now, there has not been any major downtime that has been reported yet. Things could be little finicky at times but that's expected with technology. This is what makes it an all-round great experience for the guests. Crave is partnering with existing companies and multiple hotels and will be introduced in mid-scale hotels in London and Las Vegas then showcase all expand in Q4 2019.
