3. Artificial intelligence for employee assistance: Sooner, the Company will start using artificial intelligence as an additional benefit for the employees and it will be used in providing assistance to the employees at the workplace like doing mundane tasks.

Additional must-haves for employees are as follows:

1. Flexible working hours: according to make flexible working hours is also a must-have for employees benefits because not every person is comfortable for 9 to 5 jobs, especially when we talk about women, who have to handle home as well as office simultaneously.
