• It is unfair to recruit doctors from countries with poor economy because they are loosing better doctors to a richer country.
• It is unfair to think that it is cheaper to recruit a doctor from a poorer country than training one in their own country.
• This recruitment is merely based on how much payscale raise a doctor will get,therefore doctors also choose to move to Canada for better payment.But this is not what a doctor is supposed to do,a doctor's purpose is to save people irrespective of the pay they get.
• Also,when a pandemic arise no doctors will be available in poorer or developing countries which will lead to less care given to patients and hence more death rate,where as richer countries will be having number of doctors as well as good facilities.
• Shortage of doctors in rural arears of other countries because of recruitment of foreign doctors in Canada is a prevailing dilemma .
