Clinical Problems faced during my nursing practice are many but i will discuss one of them. As per nurisng practice like olden days or some hospital face now also in India like documentation manually where nuses spend lot of time in writting manually and patient care goes down which will be finally affected to patient quality of care. So in some good hospital they came with solution like digital documentaion which has prefixed templates and documents where we have to spend less time to document and concentrate more on quality of care.Digital documentation improved lot and quality of patient also improved and nursing practice developed and went to next level.

one more nursing problems i faced is like before in government hospital used to sterlise the syringes and give injections in same syringe.later with research it proved that its not sterile and infection spreads and quality went down even patient had hospital acquired infections, so later came up with idea of using single used syringes which helped lot and improved the quality care also even better managament.
