a. Major products and services offered by the company are emails, search engines, cloud storage, web browser, smartphone, home assistants as a robot (Google Home), maps social networks, language translation services, video conferencing software, and many more.
b. Methods company used to create customer loyalty and retain customers:
1. Unique products: Google provides many unique products to its customers Google maps etc., Which is quite important and one of the most used applications or software, but has no competitor so far.
2. Upgraded technology: Google focuses on upgrading its software and technology is time to time, which fascinates its customers and thus making them loyal.
2. Apple
a. Major production services offered by the company smartphones, tablets, music services, operating software, mobile payment apps, etc.
b.Methods company used to create customer loyalty and retain customers:
1. Product quality: The quality of services and products provided by Apple is excellent. This is the main reason why customers are loyal to the company.
2. Effective feedback system: Apple has an effective feedback system, they've kept their customers in touch with asking for the product's review and recommendations for improvement and take it seriously.
