• New Jersey man says he was cured by hydroxychloroquine.This is a false statement because Covid 19 cannot be cured by hydroxychloroquine . Hydroxychloroquine can be given as prophylatic treatment those who have the chance to exposure of covid such as medical team, police etc.
• It is unclear that the hypertension is a risk factor for fatality from covid19. But the studies shows that those who have hypertension and other cardiovascular disease, the outcome will be very poor.since hypertension is exceedingly frequent in the elderly, and older people appear to be at particular risk of being infected with covid19.
• Overtime the case fatality from Covid 19 became lower in China,it is not indicating the virus was becoming less virulent. The prevention and control measures have been implemented rapidly, from the early stages in Wuhan, to the current overall national epidemic. It has been undertaken in three main phases, with two important events defining those phases. Hnad hygiene, strict isolation and home quarantine can reduce the spread of infection to some extend.
• Older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. People 65 year old and more, immunocompromised pateitns, those witn chronic disease like chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease,diabetes,hypertension are more susceptible to get the disease.
• We cannot expect Covid-19 is seasonal because this pandemic caused global havoc. Eventhough the countries like Iran, India have summer season whereas in Europe ,America have winter season, Covid19 virus affaected equally. The previous pandemics like SARS, MERS have shown a seasonal pattern.
• Italy have highly adavantage health system. We cannot assume that the fatality is more in italy because the medical system was overwhelmed. This is because of the late action taken by the goverment for screening, quarentine etc.
• Face mask is necessary when we go out in public. But we cannot prevent covid by using only face masks. Hand hygiene and strict isoaltion from others are much important factor to be safe. Covid -19 transmitted through the droplerts from an infected person and fomites in the environment of infected person.Therefore, transmission of the Covid-19 virus can occur by direct contact with infected people and indirect contact with surfaces in the immediate environment or with objects used on the infected person.
• The public health is more concerned about the transmission of Covid-19 viruses. They are trying to get rid of this viruses and not allowing to reach other non infected people.

• Most of the countries are mostly affected with their economic system during this pandemic. The goverment and health system should be decide when will the economic system reopens. So the each people follow the guidelines strictly published by health care system  .
