Role of Women

With globalization and liberalization at force, the dynamics of women at work place has changed rapidly.

Major companies across the globe have previously viewed their labor force as a cost and this mindset has changed giving rise to better working conditions, stricter employment rules and laws and greater income mobility than ever.

The rise of women at work place is one significant change that the world has witnessed since they were originally viewed only as home makers than any other segment respectively.

The change has brought a mindset revolution in which women are thought of as equals and this has largely helped families in growing respectively.

Women participation deals and means that the household sees increased income levels because of the fact that more than one earning hand is present to take care off the expenses of the family.

Further, extended education means women participation in even those areas which were restricted to male counterparts only.

Women have been elected to top positions among major companies across the globe and the trend is extremely positive since it gives rise to gender equality and helps the globe in growing even more.

Undocumented workers

Undocumented workers are those the calculation of which is not usually done, by the national agencies which assess the workforce. Usually the exercise is more prevelant in developing countries.

The benefits of having such people in the economy is that the overall workforce rises and these people usually work at lower paying jobs and a company thus can easily access them and get maximum benefits.

On the other hand their social welfare suffers and they do not usually have access or have limited access to facilities such as education, healthcare etc. Also since they are not documented the government finds it tough to be able to form schemes which can help them in growing.
