There has been a new trend towards more teamwork, network, virtual and learning organization. For sure, this will last for long. Companies are made up of people and people work better when they feel connected and work in teams.

Teamwork is good for an organization there's no doubt on that. Network and Internet have helped the organization to keep connected even virtually even from remote places. People from different communities, societies and regions work together towards a common goal and bring diverse and creative ideas to the team.

Virtual access to the team and flexibility to work from anywhere has also increased the efficiency of employees to work better and achieve their goals effectively.

Learning helps employees to feel good about themselves and satisfy their human needs of growing. When employees get better learning opportunity from the workplace they tend to feel more loyal towards the organization and help the organization to achieve better results.
