This is the situation when the employer terminates or ends the employee's contract with the organization which gives the ability to the employee to work for the organization is known as dismissal. There are many reasons according to which the employer has the right to terminate the employee from the organization in order to save organizational integrity and confidentiality which can occur when the employee broke and violate the organizational rules.

Now let us discuss the situation when the dismissal is unfair.

  • The first and common reason due to which the dismissal becomes unfair is when the employer dismisses or terminates the employee from the organization without any proper reason which does not belong to any rule book of the organization or employees commission.
