2. When the employer does not pay salary for the suspension it constitutes unfair labor practice in the organization as where employees get affected towards their benefits.

3. When employer does not re-employ the employees after contract extension or agreement that constitute unfair labor practice because the employees will never have work and it might affect their carrier.

4. When diversity is not handled properly by the employer then the employee gets affected and that constitute unfair labor practice in the organization as where the employee would lose their Equal Employment Opportunities.
