What constitute an unfair labour practice?
Unfair labor practice is explained below:
1. The unfair labor practice would occur between the employee and employer in the organization where it takes place during promotion, training etc the employer will never consider on any agreement and that build conflict between the employee and the employer.
2. When the employer does not pay salary for the suspension it constitutes unfair labor practice in the organization as where employees get affected towards their benefits.
3. When employer does not re-employ the employees after contract extension or agreement that constitute unfair labor practice because the employees will never have work and it might affect their carrier.
4. When diversity is not handled properly by the employer then the employee gets affected and that constitute unfair labor practice in the organization as where the employee would lose their Equal Employment Opportunities.
