People of all ages can be infected by corona virus. Older people and people with existing medical condition, immunosuppressebt people, children are vulnerable in this case. During quarantine period some modification in lifestyle may help to prevent diseases and improve our health .

Senior - those who live independently have anxiety towards this disease so give emotional and psychological support and explain to them that do not panic. Involve in extracurricular activities or hobbies make them relax

Parents of young children - those who are in breastfeeding advice them to bath twice a day and wash hands before taking baby.

Do not handover children even to the relatives during this pandemic.

Provide nutritious protein content food to children.

Advice children to play inside the compound of home

Clean house inside and surrounding with disinfectant.

Cover mask if any requirements to go outside.
