In the current business market social media plays a significant role in business communication. It also has been found that the globalised organizations create a page of organizational brand to communicate with the consumers easily through flash sales, promotions, online service etc. However, there are significant advantages of social media exist that helps an organization to communicate with its stakeholders such as
