What is wrong with the strategy of trying to market to everyone? Isn't it true that the bigger the market the larger will be our sales? What does everyone think about such an argument? Why do you feel that way?
According to my view point the answer to the question is "NO", You should not market everyone. Every business need marketing strategy to promote there brand and the product which they are selling. Every business before launching its product in the current market they firstly do various surveys and proper knowledge of market is taken by the company and for specific product they target specific market, for example if a company is dealing with education product or it is a Edtech company then definitely they will only target childrens and the product is designed and manufacture according to the children only. It won't be possible to target all. It is unable to fulfil desires of every person such as different person is having different need and a company cannot manage every person demand or desire at a time. This is the wrong way to target all of them. Company unable to produce that much amout of product and it will shut down. The target bases audience are there for every product, Company easily target that particular group and earn good profit and spread there brand name.
It is definitely true statement that bigger the market the larger will be the sale but we have to understand one thing if you are operating your own business or company and you are producing the product to sell in the market then you will definitely target your particular age group audience to consume that product, It is unable to fulfil the demand or desire of everyone. This is the bad technique if you market everyone.
