Leaders need to take care of the emotions of their followers and tell them to keep calm in hard times. People have been committing suicide and not taking the right decision because of emotional breakdown, emotional intelligence performs an important role in taking a correct and right decision which is not based on their emotions.

We have seen that many people have lost their mental abilities to think correctively and take the correct decision in this time of pandemic situation that is why emotional intelligence is must need for leaders and managers.
