- In this time of crisis leaders/managers should do have show traits that lift their follower's confidence and morale high. Decision making is very much needed in this time of crisis as what to do and what decisions should need to be taken further to tackles different issues.
- Strength and confidence should be the most important trait while being in this time of the epidemic. such kind of epidemic can break strength and confidence of strongest one, its this kind of situation where the metal of leaders and manager been tested how much they can bear pressure and overcome from it and lead others to a better time.
-Emotional intelligence is important in this kind of situation as being at home and taking stress will affect the mindset and many can lose their mental state. Leaders need to take care of the emotions of their followers and tell them to keep calm in hard times. People have been committing suicide and not taking the right decision because of emotional breakdown, emotional intelligence performs an important role in taking a correct and right decision which is not based on their emotions.
We have seen that many people have lost their mental abilities to think correctively and take the correct decision in this time of pandemic situation that is why emotional intelligence is must need for leaders and managers.
