Define and describe the following five concepts with at least 3 sentences: formal deviance, informal deviance, arguments for drug testing, arguments against drug testing, and sport ethic.

Formal deviance:It is the violation of state laws.This may include murder,robbery,rape etc.This is considered as an illegal act throughout the world.It is not just restricted to one state.

Informal deviance:It is the violation of social norms.It varies for different countries.So,what is illegal in one country may be legal in other countries such as LGBTQ marriage,drug trade,prostitution etc.

Arguments for drug testing:Drug testing is common in workplaces because it promotes safer working environment.Drug can make a person addicted to it forver and is difficult to recover.It affects the mental health of an individual.Drugs can make people violent which can create issues all around the society .When it comes to a workplace it increases productivity and efficiency of the organization.

Arguments against drug testing:Drug testing causes an additional expense.It also violates privacy.If we terminate any person they can take revenge on the organization by filing a case against them or taking any other revenge as those people don't are absent minded most of the time.Also many drugs are getting legalised.

Sport ethic:Ethics that should be exibhited in sports ,it requires fairness,integrity,responsibility and respect.Playing games and being in sports by abiding all the rules is a sport ethic one should always keep in mind.Treating your team members and competitors politely without hurting them is a way to be peaceful.Accepting risk an playing through pain is the best behaviour an athlete can display.Drug consumption before the games are considered to be against sport ethics.
