All three components are equally important when it comes to health care. However, if asked to pick one of these as more important, it would be the cost containment. Health care facility provided by a country can go to as best as possible. However, the cost behind affording the heath care service is the one which matters the most. It is a well known fact that when quality goes high, cost goes higher and so will come down the easy access of heath service to the public. It is in view of this issue that the concept of medical insurance facility began. With this concept, one can avail high quality health care service at an affordable price which is payable in the form of premium per year or copay during hospitalization. If health insurance concept never existed, then hospitals would bear the full expense of getting machineries and resources that are of the high cost. The hospital authorities would definitely look for ways to meet the expenses incurred due to heavy losses in purchasing raw materials. This expense would be made up from patients ultimately providing heavy bills on patients. This would make it non-affordable to patients thereby limiting access to health care resources due to high-cost containment. Here we can find that the reason for limited access to high quality health care service is its heavy price. Therefore it is the cost containment which must be rectified first with respect to offering any type of health care facility to the public.
