Touchy issue is become over sensitive and moody .Deep culture physical touch is common cultural norm .The deaf population may use it to communicate with the both with the hearing and deaf population.sometimes they touch diffrently in communicate purpose Which may causes issue.

Yes , he will make compromises too. employee who is takes positive step to learn sign language for accommodate deaf employee , definitely he also compromise in another aspects also.He will play the transformational leadership style to deal with deaf employee.
3.teen age does not have much idea about sign language and read lips which massively helps deaf chilldren to talk and communicate with other.besides teen agers are not much interested to interact with deaf people because of preconceived thinking that they will not able to communicate.

Contemporary media still used the outdated term deaf --mute and dumb because of to prove that they are negligence.For centuries, people with diffrent abilities , intellectual skill and physical features were forced to live on the firings to the society .They were labeled as defective and freaks by the mainstreaming.they we're kept in isolated and open the door of abuses and neglected . people who are deaf , never give the oppertunity to socialize .so media still used this outdated term to this disadvantage group of people .
5 . Hearing impairement is more accurate than deaf mute. Aristotle stated that pronounced us deaf and dumb because he felt that deaf people are incapable of being taught of learning and reasoned thinking . On the other hand hearing impaired word used more accurate because it gives oppertunity child for learning through various assistive device , sign language etc .besides it politically more correct about deafness.
7.many deaf people are choose not talk because it is difficult for them to regulate the volume , pitch , sound of their volume .they are unable to language develoment and interaction with others.so these are handicapped .
But deaf people motor cordination well developed and visualized ability is perfectly good and also they good understanding and cognitive ability which are part of handicapped.
