1. Welfare model :

the most influennce model Historically is welfare model established the rehabilitation needs of offenders. It major goal is to recover the offenders mentally and bring into main social path.Another it's goal is provide guidance and assistance to offenders .peer group has a strong force that caused juvinile delinquency. Economic and psychological problem is another causes of juvinile delinquency.

justice model:

Justice model focus on punshiment , accountablity and procudural formal.U.K and U.S.A traditionally followed justice model and provide punishment at low age which is deprived child liberity . justice system major goal is to reform delinquency through punshiment and acountablity to make sense of crime. Moral problem , defective school and home enviornment , parental style etc major causes of delinquency.

It is often integral to diverting young offenders to the formal court system.it is a contextual model that acknowledge the desirablity of balancing juvinile offenders rights against their responsibility to the community.it main focus given on organisation mediation between victim and offenders.sometimes representative wider community as well.it considered harm to relationship, people , community is major causes juvinile delinquency.
