macro social worker : Here social worker mainly work for creating broder impact and focus on large picture . They are mainly work to conducting research on diffrent health issues , assist to ministry of health for creating desirable policy , develop awarness pogramme for small and large communities regarding major causes of health issues and possible measure for cure .

In Mezzo practice :

It mainly focus on creating impact at intermidiate scale where mainly engaged of different institution , neighborhood as well as small group of people . Different clinical social worker play pivitol role to adress mental health issues of patients and treat them with great care and precaution . They helps to develop mental health of different agencies of people . It can be students , juvinile , criminal etc . They also helps people to recover from substances uses , drug addiction and try to bring them at mainstream of life .

Micro practice :

In micro health practice , major focus given on individual councelling. Many children are suffering diffrent mental issues like bipolar disorder , post traumatic stress disorder , taken diffrent substance which massively impact their health .Therefore in determining social health , Social worker adopted individual based therapy and take care of themselves on the basis of individual differences .
