Discuss the following quote from Steve Jobs, Co-Founder of Apple, Inc. Also, detail whether you agree/disagree with the quote and why. Please support your stance with specific details.
"Apple is a very disciplined company, and we have great processes. But that's not what it's about. Process makes you more efficient." (min 200 words)
Apple is dominating the global market in the context of creativity and innovation in its products, and the company has earned much reputation among customers. Therefore it can be concluded that the company has not any formal system for generating new ideas as well as harnessing innovation.
The company is very disciplined and dedicated to innovation and processing. The company believes in shaping new as well as emerging technologies meeting the preference and requirement of the customers rather than only making profits. Steve Jobs has an obsession with and passion for the pursuit of excellence for doing a new and great thing and avoiding any compromise. The company believes and is willing for keeping things progressive and enjoys it over and over until it gets just rights. Only having an idea is not enough; enjoying its progress and development is real innovation and creativity.
I complexly agree with this quote. When someone first starts trying for something new, at first, it appears very complicated, and many stops there, but if they continue with progress, one has an idea, and it becomes simpler and holistic. If someone keeps going as well as life with the problem and enjoys the process, the innovation keeps going on.
