WOW, sight and Sound is an Australian based company that deals in audio and visuals things. The company supplied in Australia and the business is only in Australia as they have more than 10 stores in different parts of the country. Contingency plans sometimes prove to be inappropriate for the company looking for there long term goals as the company may lack in maintaining their operations due to inflexibility in the workplace of the company. The employees of the company should prepare a plan on which day should work and give priority in achieving them as it will help the company to achieve those plans and try their best to achieve organizational objectives as well. Every individual should be working in unity in achieving those plans as it will help the company to achieve a contingency plan with having flexibility in the company's workplace. Moreover, your organizational structure should be planned in a way that will motivate every employee to achieve the planning goals and try not to waste the operation of working on the plan which is made in the workplace in order to achieve it.
