What is FRAT? What role does FRAT play in the nuclear export?
FRAT is frequently rearranged T lymphomas.
They are associated with the GSK-3 ( Glycogen synthase kinase-3) nuclear export. The FRAT contain specialised sequence that support in GSK-3 nuclear export. FRAT contain GSK-3 binding protein that bind with the GSK-3 and export from the nucleus.
