The subject is the principle of nutrition. Homework question is to submit term paper for dietary analysis assignment.
I have never submitted a term paper and have no idea how to write in APA format, what to include in the term paper.? My professor provides some guidelines that it should be 10 pages, 10,000 words and use supertraker from choosemyplate.gov to print a three-day report.
Principles of Nutrition dietary analysis assignmen sample paper:
Introduction:
My perception of option B demonstrates how unhealthy Julie eating habits were starting from infancy through adulthood. In addition, Julie, suffered with overactive eating from a young age, that stem to inappropriate dieting as an adolescence and then pursue to insufficient eating habits as Julie turn 80 years old. However, proper intake of sufficient diets is essential to the body productively. Therefore, consumption of eating foods that are high in fiber, and low-sugars are promoting healthy diets supportive to longer life span actively.
Review of liteature or body:
Julie, consumption of starchy snacks are foods that contains little or none of empty calories. In addition, foods that are low in nutrient andhigh calorie intake affectively, that demonstrates starchy food snacks are. Chips, candy, and cold drinks. An example is, Julie’s mom stopped at Mc Donald’s on Friday afternoon, and brought one large serving of French fries, of 570 calories, 30g of total fat and 8g of trans fat. However, this demonstrates eating lots of calories unproductively to Julie’s diet. Julie’s mom should engage with Julie’s pediatrician on what foods are appropriate for children’s diets. In addition, Julie’s diet of eating unhealthy snacks can cause great risk problems in the future. Such as, obesity, diabetes and other chronic disorders.
Julie’s diet should consist of healthy snacks, such as, fresh fruits, and vegetables twice a day. Fruits and vegetables demonstrates and promote sufficient nutrients for the body productively. However, vitamins, minerals, and enzymes are essential within our diets as well. Although, fructose is a main substance of sugar within many fruits, sucrose contain sugar in other fruits actively. Such as, peaches, melons, and oranges. Fructose promotes slow within the bloodstream, so that fruits expels the natural energy productive. As a professional, I would communicate to Julie’s mom the importance of Julie’s intake to soluble fiber, that are high in vitamin C. Such as, apples, strawberries, kiwi, oranges, and mangos.
The three foods Julie needs to consume for proper nutrients are fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. However, sufficient amounts of fiber, calcium, iron and protein within the body are essential. In addition, avocado, pears, and pomegranates are high in fiber. Beans, spinach, and liver are high in iron. Sunflower seeds, cheese and yogurt are high in calcium. However, sufficient intake of vitamin A demonstrates healthy immune systems essential that promotes growth development productively. Such as, milk, eggs, oranges, vegetables carrots, sweet potatoes and kale. In addition, foods that consist of protein are fish eggs and beans are essential to growth productive. Therefore, inadequate iron intake can delay sexual maturation actively.
Iron is essential within the body, across the nation many adolescence has been diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia. Foods that are high in iron are beef, liver and spinach, also promotes sufficient protein within the diet. However, nutrient density is important in choosing healthy diets (Grosvensor, L 2015 pg.4). Therefore, my perception of Julie at age 15, is that she is suffering with a psychological disorder, that demonstrates low-self -esteem, and yielding for self- control over her diet that stem to Julie unhealthy body image (Grosvensor, L 2015 pg. 318).
Conclusion:
As a human services professional, I would communicate to Julie’s, son about that importance to maintain appropriate levels of calcium, protein and iron in the body. Such as, foods that are high in fiber pears, avocado protein intake, fish and beans diary product low fat milk of vitamin D. However, elderly individuals should consume lots of fluids as well as grain breads productively. Eating healthy diets appropriately promotes longer life spans, and prevent hypertension, diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular diseases and other chronic diseases actively.
