There is a relationship between Business , government and society.Businesses provide goods and services in order to satisfy human needs and earns profit. Government tries to apply rules and policies with authority in society. Government is the governing body in the nation. Society is a group of individuals that have values and laws. It consists of human relations with ideas as well as instututions. There are different forms of government like direct democracy, dictatorship etc. In direct democracy the society need to vote directly to enforce pulic policies made by government. In dictatorship one person represent society and enforce public policies.
Dominance model can be used to explain business ,government and society .This model best describes the relation. The model is based on the idea that only few people are rich in the society and these people become rich at the cost of many other people. This is populism and the common man seeks protection from business and government .The business critics perspective is represented in the dominance model.Society is of importance here but the society is controlled only by a small group of priviledged people. Wealth as well as power is enjoyed by a particular group.Advantage of the society is taken by the government
The goal of Capitalist model is to increase the interest of the shareholders. The counter veiling process is rendered inferior to the dominance model. The stakeholder model holds the corporation as the center. Thus dominance model best describes the relationship .
