A juvinile delinquent is one who breaks the law ,persistent in disobying orders and whose behaiour endanger his moral life as well as others .His antisocial tendency apperar so grave that he becomes the subject of official action.

social characterstics of juvenile offenders:

1. Violate social norms rules and laws .

2.Engaged in antisocial activities like damaging social property, torturing dumb animal and child , sextual crime , stealing .

3. Delinquency is an expression of dissatisfied needs of the individual .He tries to satisfy needs by antisocial activities.

4. Delinquency is not inherited behaiour .it caused due to unconginial family , school , society.Broken families , domestic conflict , poverty and maltreatment is the major reason of juvinile delinquency .so this factor can helps to identify juvinile offenders in social prespctive.

5. Lack of affection and stabllity , low moral standards towards older and parents , temperamental, hostile , agrresive and distructive social behaiour.

Juvinile offenders are develop very low inter-relationship with family members and oftenly isolated himself from family . sometimes drug addiction of child and unethical behaiour of juvinile offenders make trouble of family.so family member should take it in proper considertion and try to remove all the major factor like maladjustment, broken family , lack of morality and ethical values and refrom the child .

Class:

class is major crucial factor to engage in delinquency behaiour because lots of students gathered under one roof and get operoppertu to mingle each other which may leads to in wrong track , unethical Activities with bad company and caused delinquency offendor .so conginial classroom Environment should be created.

Educatiion:

Defective curriculum, improper teaching method , lack of curricular activities, slackness in Administration and organization , anti social behaiour of teacher, maltreatment, failure or backwardness etc are major educational problem leads to juvinile delinquency behaiour .so cocurricular activitues like art , painting and music should organized.moral lesson should included in curriculum.They should be taught by trained teacher who handle them properly .They should be motivated constantly and special attention should be given to desirable change their behaiour.
