Our University is currently focusing on geographic expansion/growth by establishing and opening 2 new colleges which are College of Medicine and College of Architecture as well as hiring 50 more extra workers and 4 extra supervisors.
The College of Medicine will be located in Dammam, 30 workers instructors and administration people and 2 supervisors
the College of Architecture will be located in Khobar, 20 workers instructors and administration people and 2 supervisors

Here, in this case, the university is expanding its operations by establishing colleges in two different locations in Saudi Arabia and the university is going to hire 50 new workers instructors and 4 supervisors. It is very much important that adequate training is given to new joiners as their number is quite big. Training is helpful for an employee to increase their skills, competencies, knowledge, and safety in doing a job. We will be able to impart new behaviors in employees through training programs.

2.Attainment of a maximum productivity of workers' instructors and supervisors.

3.Creation of a conducive environment to do works in the organization.

4.Elimination of occurrence of accidents through safety training.

5.Learning of the proper use of work-related tools and equipment.

Measuring the success of worker training

The success of worker training can be measured in the following ways.

1. A pre-assessment of various participants attending the training can be done. It will reveal different skills, competencies, and knowledge that workers instructors and supervisors already possess. It also gives a base for measuring effectiveness of training once the training is over.

2. Conducting a post-assessment by using some proven methods will give us a scientific view of the effectiveness of training. The comparison of post-assessment results with pre-assessment results will give us a clear picture of the effectiveness of training.

3. A learning test can be conducted to know the information grasped by the workers through the training. It need not be conducted immediately after the training or during the training, instead, it can be conducted after a few months from the training date.

4. Observation of the behavior of workers will also be helpful in measuring the success of the training.

5. Organizational results achieved after the training program can be a good measure of training success. It could include improvement in production, profitability, etc.

Improvement of workers safety

Workplace safety lessons should be included in the training that will have a positive impact on workplace safety. Workers' safety can be improved in the following ways.

1. Teaching the workplace culture is an important measure to ensure workers' safety, its lessons can be incorporated in the training program.

2. Information regarding safety regulations and policies of the organization regarding workers' safety can be circulated among the new workers.

3. Workplace safety committees can be formed for ensuring safety at the workplace.

4. Live demonstrations of safety practices can be included in the training module that improves the safety aspects of the organization.

5. Information regarding safety equipment can be given through training.
