a) Project objectives:

- To ensure that no more cases of salmonella erupt in the country and no other people get affected by the disease post eating the cereal.

- To completely throw away the packs of Kellogg's Honey Snack which was directly linked with the cause of salmonella disease.

- To trace all the areas where the product might have reached and to stop the consumption of the snack in each area.

b) Main activities

- CDC department and Kellogg's work together to educate the people to stop consuming Honey Smack.

- Jointly inspect the manufacturing units to know the cause of salmonella disease.

- Check the countries and areas where the snack was delivered and inspect the houses and suggest to throw the cereal packs.

- Kellogg's asked consumers to throw the cereal packs or return them and claim the refund for the same.

c) Project milestones

- Kellogg's announcing the voluntarily recalling all the packs of Honey Smack post salmonella outbreak.

- Inspecting the snack packs and production unit for reasons for the outbreak.

-Changing the ingredients and recipe of the Honey Smack and launching it back in the market with the same mascot but different taste and recipe.
