Taylor swift has been a leadet in the music industey foe as long as 30 years now. She is a singer, musician, songwriter, actress and music producer.
There have been a number of events which has proved time and again that taylor is just not a singer but a great leader. She has all the necessary qualities that a great leader must have.
Courage: She has the audacity to stand up for what is not fair. She released a song called " the man " and stood up for the women's rights and for the inequitable behaviour against women at workplace, in entertainment industry and in business world. She noticed that there was bullying of LGBTQs community at the pride parade, she released a song called " you need to calm down" and vocalized her support for inequality.
REINVENT AND EMBRACE HATE WITH SUCCESS : When kim and kanye west fans called her a snake, she embraced it with courage and turned that snake emoticon into a million dollar franchise and a sell out tour. She has been heavily critized for her political views and to which her reply was a song called " ONLY THE YOUNG" and " MISS AMERICANA AND THE HEARTBREAK PRINCE". She is best known for writing about her love affairs in the form of songs and releasing them with any apology.
FAIRNESS : She urges big company's like spotify to pay artists fairly. When she felt she wasnt paying fairly, she removed her entire album from the spotify in 2014.
She has never been afraid of making bold moves. She uses her power and celebrity status to make a change in the world. Through her song " only the young" , she managed to influence young generation to vote for upcoming elections.
